Spice Bazaar is proud to launch the much awaiting Cooking School and to launch it all with Food, Flavour and Fun.
Classes are normally $125, but $100 for 2009 classes, 4 hours in length, include wine and time for dining on the dishes you have prepared!

1) Crispy Thai Fish Cakes with spicy Thai basil dipping sauce & crispy vegie strips
Sensational spiced fish cakes that are crispy outside, succulent middle accompanied by fresh selected veget
ables - dipped in a classic spicy Thai sauce.

2) Thai spiced Tofu and Pork soup with Seaweed

3) Phad Thai Noodles with peanut, chilli & egg
This is the most famous noodle dish eaten throughout Thailand and you will make a very traditional and flavoursome style. A perfect lunch.

4) Stir Fry Beef with holy basil

5) Laab Salad with Minced Pork

6) Green Curry seafood
No Thai menu would be complete without a Green curry which is one of the hallmarks of Thai cuisine. This version is not as hot as some aromatic with basil and a perfect balance!

7) Steamed coconut Jasmine rice

8) Thai Sticky Black Rice with Coconut milk
Sticky rice is the ubiquitous dessert throughout Thailand and here you make the black version with palm sugar and coconut milk.
